If you would like to make some money and have an excuse to throw a party, why not host a ‘Bead Flowers Party’?

It’s very simple— first, purchase a Party Pack which includes our catalogue and a handful of samples. Then, invite all your friends over, show them the Bead Flowers catalogue and samples and take orders for our products. You pass the orders on to us, along with payment, but you get to keep 15% of the total value of the order (excluding postage and packaging). We will send your order for you to distribute to all your friends, they have beautiful and unusual gifts and you make money!

If you are resident in the UK, we can take your payment via cheque or credit card, using the Paypal online payment system. If you live overseas, we will only accept online credit card payments. Our usual terms of trading apply to all transactions.

Hosting a Bead Flowers home party is very simple. It is up to you to make the party arrangements and decide how best to sell the goods and collect payment with the aid of our catalogue and samples. Our catalogue includes a set of order forms, so please ensure you have filled these out sufficiently well to be able to pass on an

accurate order to us. We cannot take responsibility for errors occurring in your transference of any orders to us.

Once you have hosted your party and taken all your orders, you need to send an email to Bead Flowers detailing all the goods that have been ordered. We will check the order, confirm that we have all the details we require and invoice you for a credit card payment via Paypal. The amount we invoice will be the total order, less the 15% that you keep, plus the shipping charge. Shipping charges are calculated based on the value of your order BEFORE the 15% payment to you has been deducted. Shipping charges are as follows.

Order Under £5—shipping 75p

Order £5 - £20—shipping £2

Order £20.01 - £50—shipping £3.50

Order £50.01 - £100—shipping £5

Order Over £100—shipping £8

If you wish to have your order sent via recorded delivery to guarantee its safe arrival, there will be an additional £4 charge, but please remember to tell us when you place your order. Bead Flowers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring to your order whilst in transit via Royal Mail standard service.

For Example:

If you placed an order for 5 roses, we would calculate the amount you owe us in the following manner:

Order Total (5 roses) £17 x 5 = £85

Your Profit (15% you keep) 15% of £85 = £12.75

Subtotal £85 - £12.75 = £72.25

Shipping and Handling Charge £5

Total Bill £72.25 + £5 = £77.25

Once you have received an invoice, please send payment to us promptly. We will then process your order and send it to you. We will email you when the order has been sent out and will send you means of tracking it if this is appropriate. Orders may take up to 28 days to process.
